You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Opening and operating an account with false information is a direct violation of these Terms. If your details change, you must notify us immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect your account is being accessed without authorisation, notify g1971 support immediately. You are responsible for all activity on your account unless it is proven to have resulted from our negligence.

3 Financial Transactions

Deposit

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100.
  • Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
  • Deposits must come from the member's own mobile banking account, not from a third party's name.
  • If a fraudulent or unauthorised transaction is detected, g1971 may freeze the balance until the investigation is complete.

Withdrawal

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawal processing time: usually within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for deposit (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).
  • Any applicable wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
  • Pending KYC verification may delay withdrawal processing.
  • g1971 may request additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.

3.1 Anti-Money Laundering

g1971 follows strict policies to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing. If suspicious activity is detected, we may be obliged to temporarily suspend the account for investigation and notify the relevant authorities.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at g1971 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳12,000, the bonus will be ৳5,000 as per the maximum limit, making your total balance ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 (1,000 × 15) in wagers before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period; if wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Bonus funds may only be used to play games approved by g1971.
  • If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, the next one will not take effect until the wagering on the previous one is complete.
  • g1971 reserves the right to revoke a bonus if unusual or low-risk wagering patterns are detected.
  • Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
  • g1971 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 VIP & Loyalty Program

g1971 offers weekly cashback across four VIP tiers. Tier level is determined automatically based on the member's playing style and activity.

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
  • Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.
Please note: All decisions regarding VIP benefits are at g1971's discretion. Cashback may not be directly withdrawable — contact support for applicable wagering conditions.

6 Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using g1971:

6.1 Technical Abuse

  • Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
  • Intentionally exploiting any platform error or bug without reporting it.
  • Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions.
  • Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's servers or network.

6.2 Financial Abuse

  • Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus arbitrage or abusing bonus policies.
  • Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment account.
  • Attempting fraud through chargebacks or deposit reversals.

6.3 Social Abuse

  • Harassing, insulting, or intimidating other players or staff.
  • Attempting to damage g1971's reputation by spreading false information.
  • Sending offensive or obscene messages through chat or communication channels.
Consequences: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above may result in g1971 closing the account without prior notice, forfeiting bonuses or winnings, and taking legal action if necessary.

10 Service Suspension & Account Closure

10.2 Member's Rights

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Bonuses with incomplete wagering will be cancelled prior to account closure. Verified cash balances above the minimum withdrawal limit are withdrawable.

11 Changes to Terms
